Led the definition of the product strategy and backlog for teams of Core Platform Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Developed a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining epics and deliverables to ensure seamless application functionality across multiple data centers and cloud environments. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams such as security, operation, and DevOps to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories.

Led and directed three scrum teams within the nexus framework to enrich 2-week sprint items, resulting in the timely completion of sales-ready products. Conducted thorough research and analysis on third-party services such as Chargebee, Sequel, GoCardless, Stripe, and others, to design and develop a ground-up startup.

Launched dealer portal with a cloud-based digital transformation project used by 5K+ dealer users and affecting 10+ internal teams. Informed stakeholders about solution alternatives with pros and cons by identifying and grooming requirements. Experienced in Agile methodologies by leading an Agility Cluster and taking roles within teams as scrum master and Kanban board member in the CRM department.

Redesigned the sales force automation (SFA) system of the 3 group companies by preparing business requirements and working closely with development and outsource test team. Enhanced the mobile SFA platform by examining the data and experiences of around 50 sales managers. Supported users of the SFA platform after release by giving first level support and preparing how-to docs.

Proposed a solution to increase production of the bending machine by 4% by conducting work study. Experienced global company culture within the company that employees from 20+ nationalities. Learned very different perspectives from many different cultures in a country and city I went for the first time.
