Responsible for managing three core web applications based on .Net / SQL platform as subject matter expert and directing a medium sized development team. Supporting approximately 500 users based in the UAE, Oman and Jordan to transform IT into a business driver. Assisted tour operators across the globe with technical specifications with XML API integration and online B2B and B2C booking portal.

Implemented new destination management specialists ERP system in fifteen branch offices across four continents from SaaS and installed windows model to fully web based platform with added tools of BI and ECM. Business divisions of sales, purchasing, operations, finance and logistics were able to reduce licensing costs by 60% and improved marketing time by 70%. Formed super-users team to maintain system upgrade and releases by logging on Jira and communicating via SharePoint.

Lead project manager for Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation at four factory sites in Ethiopia and Kenya. I managed the design and implementation of data migration process, workflow structure with new SOP and SLA for vendor management. Initiated a project management office which led to better visibility on where projects, business strategy and key organisational activities were misaligned.

Recruitment and training of up to four hundred sale consultants to achieve monthly quota of vendor registration. Delivered mobile money transfer and payment applications to four international banks in Ethiopia collaborating with engineers and architects from The Netherlands. Design and implement telecommunication technologies such as USSD, IVR and SMS. Built extensive documentation on Risk Management, Operation Guideline, Cash Flow Management, SOP and system user manuals in three different local languages.

In addition to maintaining the continuous enhancements and upgrade of Youth Space website, joined the IT department to work on improving service delivery of pay and display parking machines and permits on Civica dos system. Conducted project kick-off meetings with vendors, defined project objectives working closely alongside council cabinets and tracked project schedules using Microsoft Project.

Volunteered Haringey Councils twelve weeks graduates program reporting to senior project managers, to bring social and environment awareness using online digital platforms. Following the end of the program, joined as project assistant as a part time employee monitoring and reporting the launch of Youth Space website offering public services. The site reached 50,000 youths aged between 11 and 19 and participated on weekend seminars and workshops to conduct training and demonstrations.
