Responsible for successful optimization and implementation of passenger service processes at the Lufthansa HUB in Frankfurt. Speed up employee driven optimization initiatives and create sustainable improvements by using agile methods. Established a data driven process management. Established a new way of work dialogue approach based and operationalization of area strategy by OKRs. Functional and cross functional leadership of 8-15 employees, influence of measures > 1500 people.

Responsible for safe, reliable, efficient, customer-oriented operations at the 26 airports the Lufthansa Group services in North- and South America. Includes reporting and analysis of quality and economic KPI's, various process and quality management measures, e.g. the implementation of Lean Management principles into daily operations. Also includes irregularity management and offshore projects. Leadership of team of 9 employees.

Responsible for development and implementation of sustainable concepts for continuous improvement such as the Lean Ground Operations Production System. Value stream evalutaion to identify areas for improvement within ground operations . Implementation of shop floor management and workshop moderation as well as transformation projects.

Responsible for the development and implemenation of processes and products to ensure customer satisfaction and fast recovery of irregularity situations in passenger handling.
