Responsible for the Premium & Benefits strategies and Value Added Service Revenues in Central Europe (DACH-NL). In charge of the product development and implementation of external providers. Responsible for the Loyalty Product Strategy in Central Europe to drive tailored Issuer and Visa’s nationwide campaigns (Visa Card Linked Promotions). Led efforts for Issuer Loyalty Co-Brand card propositions (Visa Merchant Loyalty Solutions) to drive and improve their loyalty business.

Responsible for the Credit & Premium Strategies in Central Europe. Successfully executed the launch of Visa Account Updater (VAU) in Central Europe Markets at Issuer level as the Product Lead. Strategically led the VAU product consultancy at Acquirer level with Visa MS&A Team. Led efforts at Issuers for the VCEH (Visa Card Enrolment HUB) in CE in terms of CTP and Merchant connections via push provisioning capabilities.

Responsible for strategic sales of payment protection insurances (PPI) and tailored bank-specific insurances in the DACH region. Key account management of new & expiring Bank partners. In charge of product development, risk assessment, pricing, proposal preparation & negotiation of legal docs. Developed project plans & process descriptions for the implementation of new product solutions and coordinated with Bank partners. Led the optimization & intensification of Product volumes, premiums & penetration.

Responsible for the launch & activation of Expresspay (contactless) in the Acquiring area of GMS & strategic coordination of all processes, certifications of all German payment service providers & terminal manufacturers. Led the implementation, definition & execution of strategies including positioning, pricing & contract design of Expresspay (contactless) in Germany and Austria. Managed the relationships & development of external partners (PSPs, terminal vendors, acquiring & technical service providers.

Responsible for the coordination of V PAY Debit field & lab testing in European Markets at Issuer, Acquirer and Merchant level. Managed the analysis of technical transaction evaluations for issuers and acquirers including technical troubleshooting of networks, connections and terminals. Led the professional consulting of the Visa V PAY Debit product to European Issuers, Acquirers and Payment Service Providers as well of the conception of Business Intelligence Analyses for important V PAY Key Markets.
