For the past 15 years, I have been successfully managing small teams as well as large departments, including account managers, pre-sales engineers, SDRs, and technical product managers. I have built high-performance teams to engage, excite and close clients. Brought new products to market. And led various teams through organizational transformations. Holding various positions, from startups to corporate gigs, allowed me to gain unique insights into what made these organizations tick, extract best practices, and apply them elsewhere.
