Represent QA concerns in business driven change management projects, portfolio improvements, network upgrade/migration projects and evaluation of new test tools.

Lead tester for distributed point of sale application in E2E test environment. Design test coverage based on software requirements per delivery cycle. Trace orders thru system stack; check server log files, DB’s, CRM & billing entries. Verify all data validations, service calls & processes. Open, track & retest defects.

Support production launch & stabilization phase of new Amdocs CRM & billing systems. Investigate tickets opened by operations & route defects to development teams. Identify software bugs & fix data conversion errors arising from migration of legacy data. Develop PL/SQL scripts to test, identify and correct billing run rejects. Track development and test delivery of software patch deliveries. Provide support and execute service sanity checks during software rollouts.
