Central Career School is an accredited school that primary works with adult students that are changing careers or have been displaced from their previous jobs. I conduct classes in the areas of basic typing and computer skills. When not teaching, I also work with our graduates to place them into positions that are suitable for their experience and their recent training. I am also responsible for auditing our files and creating reports based upon my findings for the accreditation committee.

As the Applications Training Manager, I managed a staff of 8 Instructors and acted as a back-up to them. My responsibilities included hiring and terminating employees, observing classes, coaching each instructor individually and creating improvement plans for all, and developing customized lesson plans and materials for private classes.
