Mike is the Founder of Exec Assignments (EA) and DC Assignments (launching Sep 2023). He has been driven over his 25 years career to recruiting excellence for his Global technology clients that has provided them the ability to deliver incremental success and fuel growth. He has a deep understanding of how hiring the ‘right team’ is critical to the success of a company and has personally been involved in 2 start ups that has exited successfully. Mike is also motivated to making a difference in his community and is an active member & Trustee of his church that has initiated programmes for the education of children, alleviation of poverty and helping mental health challenges. Whatever time that remains is dominated by his son’s passion for anything ‘Star Wars’ including many Lightsaber battles.
