We look at NAND Flash, DRAM, RRAM, PCM, FRAM, FeFET stacks and selectors (conductive bridge, OTS, etc) as well as their reliability. We characterize, model and analyze the defect nature of the stack and their interaction with the device/memory characteristics;develop new devices and generate (IP).
