As digital strategist and e-commerce specialist, I am responsible for the creation, development and monitoring of all digital projects (i.e. development of apps, websites, e-commerce, IoT, AI tools, digital marketimg and inmovative digital products). Main tasks in this company: - Digital strategy design; - E-commerce analysis, strategy and management; - KPI definition and monitoring; - Coordination of the digital marketing team; - Creation and implementation of workshops; - Digital products design.

I am dealing with the management and steering of several digital tools (e.g. website, chat and app) and the ideation and development of new digital projects in the marketing and communication department.

In the department of Audi customer experience management, I am working in an interdisciplinary and agile project team that strives for a seamless end-to-end customer experience. My main tasks in this company: - Support the development of a holistic customer journey; - Support the experience design process; - Support the creation of a customer experience toolbox; - Support the project management (e.g. project planning, preparation of presentations).

My main tasks in this company: - Development of tools for self-marketing activities; - Merge and acquisitions; - Research for and preparation of lessons; - Review and development of current models and methods of marketing and strategy.

My tasks in this company: - Advertising management; - Complaints management; - Customer relationship management; - Preparation of digital and printed marketing material; - Samples management; - Translation of offers in foreign languages (English, German, Spanish).
