Prepare operational reports for management analysis and provide support in preparation of boards of director presentations. Oversee financial reports (P&L, BS and Cash-Flow) for all 6 CME branches and on consolidated group level, pointing out key variances where applicable.

Examine, analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards for Cinema Business Unit. Prepare plans of action for each project financing, using financial analyses. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs on project and business unit level.Provide internal and external auditing services for business or individuals.

Provide advice and assistance with project cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and project budget preparation. Examine project budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Consult with project managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes. Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare actual financial results against approved budget for each assigned project.
