-Design and development of products -Create product performance requirements through drawings, analyses and application -Responsible for loading all products released BOM’s -Responsible for all technical calculation related to product and test phases -Perform design verification activities to ensure that design meets the specifications of the customer -Responsible for Design Validation Plan, DV activities and DV results -Responsible for DFMEA content and results

-Coordinate production activities to ensure products conform to engineering design and specifications -Conduct product reviews (analysis of technical requirements, material analysis, process feasibility analysis) -Responsible for all welding processes, welding procedures and welding equipment -Create Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Welding Technology -Create 3D models, drawings and BOM’s -Design tools and fixtures for assembling and machining

-Design manufacturing procedures, processes and production layouts for part production, assembly, machining and material handling -Execute daily manufacturing engineering activities, including working with teams to design and implement production processes and layouts -Create process flow charts, calculate production capacities -Create 3D models (SolidWorks), drawings and BOM’s -Analysis of production results, optimization of production processes, developing of new tools for production improvement
