Moataz Chouchen

I worked as a research assistant in the IT department of the Ecole de Téchnologie Supérieure under the supervision of Prof. Ali Ouni. In our lab, we aim to solve challenging software engineering related problems using various artificial intelligence approaches. In this internship, I worked on developing explainable models for software defect prediction using Multi-Objective genetic programming. We conducted a large empirical study to show that our approach is better than machine learning algorithms.

Using business retail data and neural networks mainly recurrent neural networks the project aimed to design and develop a template to do train time series forecasting models using customizable recurrent neural networks architecture for business retails using python and Tensorflow. Our solution aims to make it easier for practionners to upload their data and train and validate Machine Learning models for retail data without the need for any coding.
