Diagnose the different issues. Plan, lead, coordinate and monitor improvement projects. Cooperate in transversal management with the various pilots of the other departments to identify the causes of the observed failures. Build with the pilots the action plan to arrive at a more adequate and efficient work organization. Monitor the implementation of improvement actions. Create the layout of the plant while keeping an optimal material flow. Monitor the implementation of the new layout.
