My Responsibilities: - Designing and developing Optical Fiber polishing machining. - Quality assurance for Optical Fiber cables. - Developing Optical Fiber cables manufacturing steps. - Maintaining and creating data sheets for Optical Fiber cables.

Installation, configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance for all network devices. Monitoring, record keeping and data analysis of all maintenance. Planning, design in all project phases, as well as implementation and testing of the final output. Maintaining AD, DHCP, file sharing and security, data backup and recovery. Training and monitoring of S6 US Army Department. Deputy Network Security Manager.

- Maintaining the network connectivity, installation and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, PBX and WLAN. - Responsible for the management of tickets and the supervision of the Help-desk team. - Coordination of communication between the IT department with the supporting companies and institutions such as (General Authority for Investment, Leoni headquarters in Germany, Leoni Newcastle UK office and other businesses in Cairo).
