Created and managed a successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign, which exceeded the goal of 10,000 Euros. Reached out to potential clients in North America, South Africa and Western European countries. Managed the organization's Facebook and Twitter account.

Designed the business plan and pitched for office space and funding. Determined the target market by analyzing social media user behaviors and trends in Germany and other countries. Product Development: designed pricing strategy, conducted and planned product testing with potential clients. Gathered customer feedback in order to make the software more user friendly.

Coordinated and planned two of the organization's rally events. Organized speakers and hosted an event called "No Excuse for Abuse" to promote awareness about sexual violence. Obtained funding for the same event from Vitamin Water and a record store called FifthElement. Structured the foundation for online marketing strategies for Save the Kids's sub entity organizations.

As a team leader in the Bridge Scholars program at Hamline University I helped students discover their vocation through reflection, skill development, active listening, and the formation of supportive relationships.
