- Led a team of 9 technical to manage the network. - Proposed & deployed an improved radio communication mechanism by identifying grey areas and did bypass of 1 layer to improve response time. - Ticket management of client queries related to technical & administrative assignments. - Installed, and managed the network components from CISCO, PELCO, and Dahua & did routine-based troubleshooting tasks. Impact: - Ticket management & response time improved by more than 25%.

Responsibilities; - Learned about technical sheets, proposals & approved designs, SATs related to ITS. - Performed tests & field approvals for technical deployment needs for sites related to RLMS (Red Light Monitoring System), JTMS (Journey Time Management System) & VMS (Variable Message System) - Coordinated the resource allocation & inventory management for the O&M section of the project. Impact: - Successful compliance of SOPs as per provided designs for more than 187 sites.

Responsibilities: - Literature reviews of weekly readings & summarization of key concepts - Coordination & communication with stakeholders related to research tasks & assignments. - Collection, identification & analysis of policy indicators & impacts on multilevel. Impacts: - Acceptance of proposed policy reforms & strategies for enhancing productivity & incubation of STEM. Achievements - Won STEPI Fellowship & research grant 2016.
