Providing Post Go-live support for the developments.Responsible for analyzing the assigned tickets and providing satisfactory resolve and involved in preparing User-manuals for end-user guidance.

As a Module leader for SAP FICO was part of Roll out project. Involved in implementing the template procedure of the client to the new site in Mexico with respect to sub modules GL, AR, AP, AA. Involved in the integration of FI-MM-SD modules.Analysis of business case & identifying project requirement. Provided Post production support for the above Roll out and responsible for analyzing the assigned tickets and providing satisfactory resolve during the warranty phase.

Team lead for 6 people for two Support projects (L2 Support) and one Roll out. As part of the Roll out and support projects involved in implementing the template procedure of the client to the new sites in Canada,Germany and Switzerland at Onsite and guided the Team members for analyzing the assigned tickets and providing satisfactory resolve to the users within time frame.Supported end users in GL,AP,AR,AA ,CO Modules and any issues related to integration with other modules like MM, SD and PS.

Responsible for Audit of the Banks , Employee Provident Fund related matters ,maintenance of accounting records like General Ledger, Debtors ledger and Creditors Ledger and Reconciliation of Bank accounts, Debtors and Creditors accounts and stock statements.

As an Audit Assistant conducted the Statutory and Internal Audit for various organizations, Provision and payment of T.D.S and filing of Income Tax Returns for the employees, Reconciliation of various Bank accounts, Debtors and Creditors accounts and stock statements and Preparation of periodical reports such as Profitability statement and Balance sheet.
