Design lead of our design team of five designers working on the iOS-, Android-, Windows 10 app and responsive website. My role is to lead the design team, align with product owners, studio managers, business analysts and lead developers to create a strong, consistent and userfriendly TV product which needs to be ready for milions of users in Europe and Latin America. As desig lead I am also managing the backlog, plan sprints every two weeks and continuously improving our design workflow.
