- Administration of OSS application (NetAct Cloud OSS, Cloud Band Infrastructure with following platform: RedHat, OpenStack, HP Blade servers, EMC storages, Citrix and Oracle DB). - Categorize reoccurring problems and detect potential failures to manage and escalate issues as appropriate. - Provided Consultation for planning of NetAct OSS application deployments. - Collaboration with the Nokia project team for hardware and software installation of OSS Clusters which include Linux server installation.

- Astellia System Administrator - Hardware installation (HP DL server/MSA storages/switches, tapper) and software commissioning. - Preventive Maintenance, Performance Management, Service Desk Management, Service Provisioning. - Achieve 20% improvement in hardware design using virtualization (ESXi) and modifying hardware design. - Daily monitoring, maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve servers and applications or other network and system problems or replace defective components when necessary.

- Administration of Nokia OSS. - Deployment and administration of Huawei Performance and Fault management tools on various Linux based operating systems. - Administration, optimization and manage different OSS application (Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson) including various UNIX/Linux based operating systems (Red Hat, Debian) and different databases. - Supervise hardware installation and configuration of Huawei switches and routers in IPMPS project.

- Monitoring BSCs, MSCs and transmission nodes on various vendors such as Siemens and Alcatel.

- Monitoring of VAS nodes such as SMS centers, Missed Call Alert, MO & MT Mediator on Linux, Oracle and SS7 Platform. - Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance. - Respond to process malfunctions by finding and rectifying the problems and notify supervisor or 2nd level support of equipment malfunctions within SLA.
