Event planning and management through all the stages of international conferences preparation and execution, incl.: - Research and liaise with potential speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and delegates; - Budget preparation and execution; - Event promoting in social media, e-marketing, industry publications & media; - Dealing with suppliers and venues; - Pre- and on-site event management – conference hall & exhibition area set up coordination, AV team management, staff briefings, etc.

- Planning & organizing of external campaigns: Career forums (on-site management), Internship Program, Open day for students, collaboration with universities, etc.; - Working with Communication Division on developing and implementing of Corporate Social Responsibility strategy; - Providing full administrative support to the HR Division – posting job announcements, screening of applicants, organizing interviews, giving feedback to applicants, etc.; - Assisting the new comers and leaving employees.
