Working as Solution Architect at Datalex, primarily responsible for requirement elicitation, specification and detailed architectural design of complex software solutions. Working closely with customers and development teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently, fulfilling all the technical and non-techincal requirements of the software solution and within the expected time and financial frame. Extensively involved in cost estimation, implementation and deployment solutions.

Designing and implementing online booking and online checkin solutions using external GDS systems like Amadeus, Sita and Codeco. These solutions are developed primarily for airline industry involving major European airlines. Also involved in developing high end payment solutions and SMS applications. Extensively involved in technical discussions with customers, partners and 3rd party solution providers for specification generation, design and implementation of software solutions.

Worked on various software application modules which were primarily related to logging, reporting and analysis of network traffic. It also involved developing various mechanism to notify and report critical application events to users.

Finished my Master's thesis with the collaboration of SamWin Solutions,Austria. They are among the leading providers of telecom solutions to Austrian market and have a considerable client base in Europe and North America. My work comprised of developing a VNC application server using RFB protocol and compliant APIs.

During me International exchange semester at the University of Wolverhampton, I temporarily worked at Home Fund Raising England as Field Operations Officer. I worked with a commendable and a very multicultural group of highly enthusiastic and energetic young students to raise awareness and funds for various international humanitarian causes. It was one of the most demanding, highly challenging, competitive and wonderful experience of my life. I am feeling *proud* of mentioning this patch of my professional

Msoft is a sister concern of Panasonic Electronics. I was involved in design, development and deployment of inhouse software solutions for them. The solutions were developed to support customer relationship management (CRM), sales force automation and accounting. This also involved integration with inhouse developed telecommunication solutions related to IVR, call recording and call billing.
