My role is to Interacting with client to understand their requirements and interfaced with R&D for making the corresponding modifications with new design ideas and innovations in the project. Creating 3D Models, Manufacturing & Assembly drawings as per bombardier standards using CAD software Catia V5. Used PLM tool ENOVIA VPM for product lifecycle management. 2 years worked at client location (Hennigsdorf, Germany)

Worked for client Mahindra Construction Equipment Ltd, on Projects Mahindra Earth Master (BHL). The scope of work is to develop driver cabin for Mahindra Earth Master (BHL) considering optimization taking reference of current backhoe loaders in the market. Handled all phases of the design process. Creating 3D Models and 2D drawings as per standards using CAD software Catia V5.Used PLM tool TEAMCENTER for product lifecycle management.

The scope of work is to modify the existing machine layouts to suit new requirement. Creating 3D models, 2D drawings as per requirement using CAD software Solidworks. Used PLM tool PDM for product lifecycle management. Changing the design where ever required as per standards of manufacturing and include purchased components, standard parts which are globally available for cost optimization.
