-Responsible for Controlling of four sites in sub region Latin America and production of 120 Mio EUR -Reporting to VP Controlling and local VP in matrix organisation -Monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting, steering of the units with KPIs -Supported one post-merger integration in Brazil and one divestment in Argentina -Trained local teams in all financial matters, focus cost control in volatile environment and target achievement -Participated in Global operation strategy footprint preparation

-Responsible for all Controlling topics in subregion Latin America -Countries Mexico, Chile, Brazil with controlling team of 9 person

-Built up the reporting from scratch together with one colleague within the new established Global Operation -Successfully selected and recruited new finance personal, trained and developed existing staff -Prepared financial documents for Capex projects (Net present value calculations) ( between 1 Mio to 15 Mio EUR), tracked execution and compliance of spending

- Monthly reporting and budget & FC preparation for a pharmaceutical production plant in Spain - Follow up of capital expenditure /return on investment calculation - Raw material, energy, labour cost controlling - COP (Cost of production) calculation

-Controlling in the regional headquarter, monthly consolidation of results, reporting and analysis of data, Special projects: - Organization of local Controller trainings (FK UK, FK Sweden) - Various shorter missions on various topics (net working capital optimisation FK Chile, preparation internal audit FK Argentina and FK Czech Republic)

-Controller for more than 60 reporting units in the region ELAMA, reported to Regional EVP Finance -Monthly and quarterly reporting to the regional organization and to Corporate - Active participation in the development of the budgeting tool BPC -Performed margin analysis (gross margin, Ebit margin), organic growth rate calculations -Participation in an internal audit at FK Romania -Supported post-merger integrations of entities from Controlling perspective (India/UK)

-Consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, yearly group results for the board of management - Preparation of BUD and Forecasts -Contact partner during a tax audit - Preparation and execution of inhouse trainings for Controlling -Development and improvement of internal reporting tools within a working group -Preparation of due diligence calculations for acquisitions and legal restructurings within the holding group -Evaluation of alternative financing instruments and simulation models
