Responsible for all activities within the Drafting Department. This includes, but not limited to, managing drafting personnel/time/budget, insuring company policies are enforced within her department, reviewing and approving drawings, producing detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD 2005, preparing and reviewing work orders using MS Excel, occasionally preparing square footage estimates and materials estimate from customer plans and shop drawings, communicating with architects, engineers, customers.

Freelance design and drafting work (residential / single-family). Worked with an Architect who specializes in sustainable design.

Specialized in shopping centers and retail design. First two years, as a Project Architect, duties and responsibilities consisted in existing conditions survey; space planning; architectural-interior design and documentation; designing and drawing projects; presentation models and renderings by using ArchiCAD 7.0; researching various technological methods and material research and specifications; materials selection and preparing; presenting reports to senior management and clients.

Duties and responsibilities were supervision and management of the subcontractors in the construction site; reporting daily status through field reports; resolving on site problems; quality management; and drawing the as-built project. Projects included the construction of two villas.
