Internship in auditing with Ernst & Young (EY) in Chicago, USA. Participating in the review of US-GAAP single financial statements as well as IFRS reporting packages of companies of different industries, legal forms and sizes. Documented the planing and execution of review procedures and reported on processes, identified risks and existing internal controls. Assisted in the examination of key financial statement items and prepared and evaluated confirmations from banks and debitors.

Assistance in the preparation of tax calculations, annual financial statement preparation reports and corporate tax/trade tax returns for companies of different sizes. In addition, auditing of tax assessment notices, specialist research on topics of national and international tax law and support in the preparation of advance VAT returns and annual VAT returns.

Support in the audit of IFRS group reporting. Assumption of various balance sheet and income statement items in the case of voluntary and mandatory annual audits of the financial statements and group audits.

Creation of audit files and other preparatory audit activities. Formal report criticism of preparation and audit reports and adoption of various balance sheet and income statement items in voluntary audits of annual financial statements.

Participating in the review of single financial statements of companies of different legal forms and sizes. Assisted in the examination of key financial statement items and participation in special audits (Agreed-Upon Procedures).
