I was in charge to answer specific customer questions, guide them to the wanted product and be responsible for any customer need related to the Media Markt.

While working in for Aussie Farmer Directs, I spent 3 Weeks working as a Salesman with direct contact to the customer and after that, as labourer on one of their supplying Farms for 1 1/2 months.

As the customer service representative I was in charge of the concerns and inquires of our customers. Furthermore the authorisation of the providing of product financing were part of my daily tasks.

While working in Bauhaus, I had to advice the customers on the products, which we offer and help them to find the best solution for their problems.
