Responsible for financial result, customer satisfaction, delivery time and other contractual obligations of manufacturing engineering and services delivery projects. Tasks mainly consists of various negotiations, coordination and management of design and simulation processes, time schedules, logistics and procurement as well of handling various quality topics. Worked with delivery projects to Germany, Italy and United States of America.

Responsible for financial and technical result in several R&D delivery projects as well as legal and training support. Supervison of 8 Project Managers, 8 Research Managers and monitoring of the PMO together with 2 external legal consultants. Negotiations with the European Commissions on contractural details. Strategic planning of the projects progress and influencing incorporation of the different projects under the main projects theme. Being the chair of the general assembly and management board.

Responsible for customer satisfaction in design and manufacturing delivery projects. Negotiations about technical details, milestones specification as well as handling the quotation processes. Leading improvement processes for the machining park, general assembly areas and technical design and engineering processes.

Responsible for technical development, design and planning of manufacturing processes and their execution. In charge of CNC Park integration as well as planning and programming of small series parts and prototypes.

Part time studies in the fields of mechatronics and mechanical engineering. No degree obtained due to the work in the parental company.

Achieved on saturday school in parallel to the apprenticeship as car mechanic. Allowed me to visit universities of applied science.
