Based on the company’s strategy for electronic reading devices, analyzed the related sustainability risks and impacts Researched conflict minerals, highlighting risks, current awareness and active players (NGOs and consortiums) Proposed a strategy in line with Axel Springer’s operational capabilities to tackle the conflict minerals issue

On a project with a large German Telco, I did the following: Transition and service delivery of multiple projects in Telecom Rating & Billing, beating client's Timeline and Quality KPIs resulting in increased cost savings; Planned & managed knowledge management processes of client, hence increasing the outsourcing scope; Managed teams in an onshore-offshore models taking care of client management, delivery co-ordination; Requirements Analysis, Planning & Design of User Acceptance Test, Test Automation

As part of “engagement winning” team that implemented the first offshoring pilot for a large German Telco, I did the following: Implementation, UAT and data migration for multiple new client systems including Online Rating & Billing; Led knowledge management for a multifunctional project team of 60 people enabling increased sharing between projects resulting in better customer service; Post-handover, planned and implemented multiple initiatives leading to productivity gains for client;

As a part of Engineering Degree curriculum, was part of a team that succesfully completed the project named "Automation of 4 DL Cylinder head line", key responsibilities included: Survey & analysis of the diesel cylinder-head production line to identify bottlenecks and quality issues; Implementation of feedback systems to remove manual interventions in bottleneck operations; Low cost automation that achieved improved quality and throughput, without CAPEX investment
