Helping within the Microsoft Partner Network - Silver and Gold competency partners in learning new solutions faster and with my technical advice in successfully selling as well as an advisor to support deployment and development projects. Delivered high quality service to Microsoft Gold and Silver partners by solving complex technical problems and helping to pro-actively prevent new issues. Determined the problem and narrowed it to a specific component while managing the partners expectations for resolution and applied my expertise to resolve more than one issue at a time while collaborating across teams and leveraging global resources. Developed workshops for new hires and helped them ramp with the new technology and internal processes.
Provided technical support for German speaking Bosch employees in the DACH region (and not only) facing Outlook/Entrust and Archive issues as well as different SAP modules and internal tools. Acted as a mentor for new agents, introducing them to the solution groups, helping them get familiar with our tools and processes and helping them integrate in the team.
