• Management of a team consisting 5 SDRs whose tech partners are looking to expand their presence in DACH • Onboarding of the new SDRs and familiarizing them with the tools and processes (Google Drive, Google Workspace, Outlook, Notion, Sipgate, Pipedrive) • Onboarding of the tech partners that are assigned to the SDRs and defining the Go-to-market strategy • Defining the number of outreaches for every channel (LinkedIn, Emails, phone calls) for each tech partner with goal of 1 meeting/partner/week

• Introduction of new and innovative solutions in Europe • Business, sales & marketing planning for often new, high tech solutions in these areas • Regular training and knowledge transfer sessions in order to keep up to date with the latest technologies and (partner) solutions • New business development activities ranging from initiating the sales process to final closing discussions at board level • Channel development activities: establish, extend and manage channels (SI's, VAR's) for Aexus partners

• Management, on-site and remote training of Istanbul and Málaga teams • Ensuring that the weekly and monthly targets are hit by both teams • Finding the solicitors to deal with the bureaucratic procedures of the company establishment in Turkey • Dealing with the communications between the solicitors in Turkey and directors in Scotland • Finding the office space and dealing with the setup of Istanbul office • Office management of Istanbul division • Recruiting and interviewing new heads for both teams

Das besondere Engagement gilt dem Sakralbau sowie Gebäuden unter Denkmalschutz. Ich war in Vollzeit mit 38,5 Wochenstunden beschäftigt und die Bearbeitung der Projekte beinhaltete Bestandsaufnahme, Digitalisierung von Plänen, Vorentwurf- und Entwurfsplanung, Bauantragsplanung, Ausführungsplanung, Massen- und Kostenermittlung, Detailplanung sowie Visualisierungen. Ich assistierte der Bauleitung im Büro und auf den Baustellen.

During my internship period at Bilal Hammad Architects, I had the opportunity to contribute in a variety of activities in their office; including design tasks and AutoCAD drawings in addition to several site visits to a variety of projects in the city of Amman.
