Construction Managment for Projects in Abuja Nigeria. Recently I finished the PTDF Building opposite of the Sheraton Hotel in Abuja.

We were involved as the contractor for Piling on Snake Island in front of Lagos / Nigeria. Unfortunately the project was stopped by the client. The Client was Samsung Heavy Industries and Ladol. We did under extreme difficult conditions 256 Piles in 4 weeks. All the plant and equipment had be brought by ferry to the island. We did run a small batching plant and had 4 rigs working at the same time. The daily record was done with a Soilmec rig. We did 16 Piles about 12m deep in 10 hours.

Key responsibilities: • Construction Management for the structure and finishes of turn key projects • Scheduling, Planning, Recourse Management • Subcontractor Management • Material Management • Sign-of-Sheet implementation • Monthly performance reports • Scrutinise drawings and design of temporary structures Projects: ABSA TOWERS WEST JOHANNESBURG CBD, BEDFORDSQARE SHOPPING CENTER JOHANNESBURG

Key responsibilities: • Design of Civil engineering projects and road works • Project Management for major earth works with up to 4500t gravel or sand per day • Preparing CAD drawings incl. Details for civil and concrete works • Design of Services such as Storm water and Waste water • Construction Management for the designed projects • Planning • Invitation of Tenders • Bill of quantities • Awarding the contracts to the contractor Projects: Civil & Industrial

Key Responsibilities: • Site Management for Building projects including finishes • Resource Management • Material Management • Management of stuff such as foreman and craftsman as well as subcontractors • Interacting with Architects and Engineers as well as clients • Final accounts Projects: • Newly erection of several Nursery Schools • Real estate and offices with a Value up to 500.000Euro

Value 2mio Euro
