Capacity building & practical implementation of UN Resolution. Development of tactics with operational and engineering assets (vessels + infrastructure) management and control followed. Introduction of a container liner service between Port Moresby and Lae. Responsible for the tactical network process, business development, government relations. Leading team of 60 people. As FTM oversee the technical performance and status of assigned fleet + infrastructure in an efficient, timely, preventive and innovative way. Managing fleet of 45 vessels including people, budgets, dry-dockings, surveys, standards/compliance and building efficient relationships with customers/owners/managers. Synergy of two positions: As Operations Manager for Galaxy Navigation, from the side of ship operator managing fleet of assigned vessels and delivering the service level required from the business unit. + Special Projects Consultant for P&O Maritime.

Contributor for preparation, start-up and management of company’s projects. Reporting to Operations Director and oversee the team of 10 controlled the overall environment for the part of the company fleet. Business development.

Key Contract / Country person on site. Oversee the team of 40 managing in all aspects fleet of assigned to the project vessels, developing positive working relationships with client / customer & third-party service providers on site. Supply chain, warehousing & logistics setup and control. Control and review of effectiveness and efficiency of management of marine operational and engineering resources in order to carry out all marine functions within the contract.

Project start-up. Stand in the beginning & participated in mobilization of Smit Lamnalco`s fleet for ICOEEP Project, Iraq. Managing, planning & supervising fleet of assigned to the project vessels and units. Overseeing Marine Superintendent, Client rep. and QSHE / Security Leader responsibilities on site.

As a member of vessels crew, passed all way up from the Deckhand / AB to Ships Master, in-charge overall.
