- Design/parameterise of Core Banking Systems to satisfy business needs. - Support/troubleshoot existing interfaces to the Core Banking System support/enhance existing functionality, Analysis/Design/Implementation of new Interfaces to other peripheral systems. - Be aware of the latest developments in Information Technology area, follow up-implement Azerbaijan Central Bank regulatory commitments related with Information Technology Infrastructure/Systems.

- Operate, maintain, monitor & update different VAS related systems. (SMSC gateway, IP GPRS, RADIUS, RBT, VPN, USSD gateway , WEB self-care) - Controlling the capacity of the VAS related systems, elements and databases - Design and implement Redundancy and reliability activities for VAS Operation services - Implement new plans, tariff structures, rating schemes etc. on VAS related self-care systems - Provide periodical reports from Billing, IN and VAS systems

- Responsible for the administration and maintenance company intranet and web site - Create and maintain security (internal / external) - Modify, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot existing web site - Provide subject matter expertise in multiple advanced technology areas – MOSS 2007, SharePoint Portal etc. - Implement specialized web projects

- Writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML and XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP; - Deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimised and presented for the web; - Ensuring that material on the web site is accessible to all groups including those with disabilities; - Testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions; - Fixing errors based on customer and management feedbacks
