Successfully dealing with professional DELPHI Packard supplier sales teams; excellent negotiation results related with material to sales percentages Leading & supervising the 5 DELPHI Packard MCIP teams in Romania(3teams), Ukraine(1 team) and Slovakia(1 team): key focus on all MCIP projects: Design In, Utilisation, P2P, Supplier Communisation/Localization/Resourcing, and Logistic impact from the proposal phase till implementation.

My main tasks: Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured IS items & services, Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers, Ensuring a smooth supply Developing & improving the purchasing team, Establishing terms, pricing, quality & quantity requirements, delivery, and legal aspects of the contracts. Adhering to all company policies with particular regard to accounting procedures, Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing.
