In charge of development activities of Sustainable Cities in Singapore on research projects from short to long term. Responsible for EDF R&D in Singapore. Implementation, with the Singaporean government of an agreement for the development of a 3D visualization platform for decision making for the Housing Development Board of Singapore. Key responsible for dealing with government agencies in Singapore. Establishment of a research center of EDF in Singapore on Sustainable Cities.
