• Currently working on managing projects such as Headcount planning and Resource allocation using Oracle Database and other Infineon internal tools. • Developing a new online platform for Project Managers in Dresden to help them to communicate with each other, share knowledge and get socialized. Also, researching about how to establish & sustain the online community for a long time as a part of my Thesis.

• Web Development: Successfully designed, developed and hosted a full stack website for an online event “Innospring’’ for more than 10 thousand Infineon employees from Europe. • Game Development: Implemented a Virtual Escape Room game build on Unity 3D to promote in-house products with 3D graphics and design to give the users a real life experience.

• Developed various E-commerce projects using Magento, and customized multiple modules such as PWA (Progressive Web Application), Sticky Add to cart, etc. from concept to implementation. Also, have a good experience of multiple frameworks such as MVC, MVVM. • Improved code quality and efficiency which resulted in overall browser optimization such as fast page loading, higher page ranking, clear understanding of the code. • Worked on few projects with Docker, ElasticSuite, Jenkins, Git, etc.

Learned & developed a banking application on C#.

• Learned, implemented various new algorithms, and understood the use of it in the real-world scenarios. • Analyzed and learned various architectures used in the organizations. Also, developed an architecture of a company as a research topic. • Learned the culture of the organizations, different tools used for managing projects and tasks such as Trello, Stormboard, Confluence, Jira, etc. Also, learned the various aspects of leadership and team management.
