I accompanied an interdisciplinary, international product team on their way to a more agile, user-centric working style by introducing agile values & principles, empowering them to create a strong vision & mission, and implementing Scrum to improve transparency, communication and commitment to unlock high-performance collaboration. I integrated user centric tools where suitable, e.g. with using User Journey Mapping as basis for deriving a product backlog, as well as prototyping and user-testing solutions.

In my role as UX Manager, I created an online platform for managing, tracking and measuring the success of company-wide UX Projects. In addition to that, I trained people in User Centricity, and consulted and accompanied internal product teams on their way to creating user centric innovation on short-term basis (Workshops, UX Testings) as well as on long-term basis (qualitative User Research). As Design Thinking Coach, I was responsible for concepting and coaching Design Thinking Trainings and Sprints.

As team member of the central UX department, I had various responsibilities from concepting & coaching UX Trainings and Workshops (UX Research, creative Ideation, Prototyping, UX Testing, User Journey Mapping etc.) to concepting & coaching Design Thinking Trainings and Sprints. To foster the user-centric and agile transformation of the company on a processual level, I evaluated, redesigned and digitalized existing (analog) UX Management-Tools in alignment with the User Centric Product Development Process.

As part of a new UX Team to drive the company-wide change towards Agility & User Centricity, I was mainly responsible for creating and co-coaching UX-Trainings, co-creating and taking part in Design Thinking sprints, and concepting and implementing a Web Based Training to introduce the basics of User Centricity and Agility hands-on in a digital setup. In addition to that, I created and designed a Wiki to foster knowledge management and build an internal community for UX Evangelists and Agility Advocates.
