-Providing customers with information regarding application processes at diverse public offices. -Guiding customers through website interface and providing answers and response to their questions and concerns on technical, health, as well as social welfare related topics. -Anticipating problems based on frequent complaints received from customers and suggest corrective measures and possible solutions to higher management.

-Hosting, organizing and preparing events, such as dinners, weddings and music events. -Conducting inventory checks and daily bookkeeping. -Facilitating procurement of goods and restocking.

-Preparing and guiding employees through a campaign for an Internationally renowned Bank (information on obtaining micro loans, customer service, sales) -Responsible for sustaining clients’ policies and standards by monitoring calls and post-processing -Weekly KPI reporting directly with the client -Providing employees with trainings to inform customers about new products and create possible upselling opportunities -Supporting the recruitment process through conducting interviews with potential candidates
