Paul Schindler

Currently working at COS, an H&M Group member, I am integrated in one of the flagship stores in Europe as a dedicated team player and organizational talent. Engaged in continuous customer service, this role demands a hands-on mentality, coupled with friendliness and adept communication to swiftly identify and fulfill customer needs, striving to exceed expectations. In this position, I have cultivated effective teamwork, leveraging individual strengths to collaborate successfully and achieve shared success.

2022/23, I served as an intern in the Business & Technology Integration department at Accenture. In my role in project management, I took charge of tasks such as tracking work hours, invoicing, managing resources, and planning budgets. I successfully implemented a resource management tool and, in my consulting role, actively contributed to a transformation project for an ARP system implementation. I demonstrated quick comprehension, resilience, and impressed with my commitment and reliability throughout.

At EB, I conducted detailed research on filaments and 3D printing for an ingredient branding strategy with a chemical client. I contributed to a logistics client's rebranding, contributing to the vehicle fleet redesign, and played a pivotal role in developing a social media strategy for a public sector client. Throughout these experiences, I significantly enhanced my knowledge in strategic branding and social media planning, as well as my research and presentation skills.

In my second job, I worked at Kronos Titan, a production factory located on Bayer grounds, specializing in titanium dioxide production. During that summer, I not only worked long hours at the production site but also gained insights into the supply chain and logistics operations of a large industrial company, along with understanding the management of a plant location. Fun!

During my final year in school, I volunteered at the nursing home on my street, assisting with meal services. Responsibilities included serving in the dining hall, providing support with serving and feeding residents, offering assistance during meals, providing care to residents in their rooms, clearing tables, and washing dishes. My first job (school internships excluded)!

The program covered basics in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance, Business English, Business Law, and Mathematics. I specialized in business information systems, organizational culture, and international business. At NOVA IMS, I did practical courses in Organizational Behavior, Business Process Management, Information Systems, and AI providing hands-on learning. I explored psychoanalytic cultural theory, gaining insights into psychology's intersection with cultural dynamics.
