ETEC is a large vocational education institution for mechanical and electro-electronic industry, where I leaded and developed: • Design parts and assemblies for special machines using Inventor and SolidWorks, considering the functional requirements, the manufacturing options and economics. • Hydraulic and pneumatic automation with TIA Portal, FluidSim, Automation Studio and CoDeSys software. • Production documents: schematics, drawings, and parts lists. • Machine setup and Lean Manufacturing.

SENAI is also a large vocational education institution for mechatronic and automation industry, where I leaded and developed: • Machining mechanical parts on CNC machines with FANUC and Siemens controllers. • PLC programming software for CNC and robot integration. • Checking of concepts and constructions. • Production documents and parts lists. • Management of projects for the development of many interesting mechatronic projects that I was responsible for.

Sarticom is a sales and service representative of the American company HAAS, which develops and sells CNC lathes and CNC machining centers, where I was responsible for: • A maintenance team for customer technical support after sales. • Product Management, maintenance schedules development with spare-parts purchase lists, and maintenance contracts for costumers. • Sales technical support and new customer’s technical solutions.

JVS is a FSA Technologies Group that designs and manufactures automated lines, manufacturing cells and test benches for automotive manufacturers, where I was responsible for: • Mechanical design of components and assemblies for special machines. • Production documents: pneumatic and hydraulic schemas, drawings, and parts lists. • Checking bill of materials and maintenance spare-parts list. • The follow up of the projects at the customers. • Project Management and project documentation development.

Kromberg & Schubert focuses on the development and production of complex wiring systems for the automotive industry, where I was responsible for: • Production and Process Planning, reducing lead time, inventories, and process variation by applying Statistical Process Control and Lean Manufacturing. • Standard Work Instructions for the manufacturing of wiring harness and applying MTM to analyze and improve manufacturing methods. • Wiring system development, using SAP R/3, participating in FMEA documentation.
