    In my role as Team Leader of Product Sales Specialists, I have led a team of 6 people delivering technical sales support around customer experience software. Both partners and end customers were advised . Tasks included receiving customer requirements (requirement engineering), developing and presenting solution concepts. We also did successful presentations at events and shows. Key achievements: We were able to successfully win 25 new enterprise logos and kept a miminum churn rate.

    After some successful years in sales, I took over the team management for sales including four direct reports. Strategically, the distribution was geared to the support of partners and the profit of end customers. Key achievements: In addition to the success of about 35 new end customers and 4 new partners, we were able to celebrate significant successes in the partner business. Together with 2 partners, some Enterprise customers could be won in Germany and Austria.

    In my first role in sales, I was responsible for generating and editing leads. Here, requirements had to be taken up and converted into solution concepts and offers. I then presented and negotiated these in front of customers. Together with the management, I had to create many sales processes from scratch. Among other things, we have created a complete new partner program. Key achievements: I was able to win approx. 12 new logos each year. On top of that, we had no churn.
