* mentoring the framework development team (6 developers) and the virtual web front‐end development team (28 developers), * responsible for the overall Ovi Maps architecture for web, * leading the integration with other Nokia services, * monitoring and improving Ovi Maps performance (across the whole virtual team), * recruiting for development department, * working on the new product developments and ideas with business owners and UX team, * investigating new technologies like HTML5 and CSS3.
