Key Responsibilities -Development of integrated pan-genomics 'QuickNGS Cancer' suite focusing on automated analysis of whole-genome, exome and RNA-seq cancer datasets. -QuickNGS Cancer suite is widely accessed by clinicians for comprehensive tumor profiling and detection of sequence variation including germline and somatic mutations, SNVs, indels and CNVs. -Implementation of integrative interfaces and workflows for data integration to answer key questions in cancer pathogenesis.

Worked part-time to develop computational workflows for transcriptome assembly and RNA-seq, ChIP-seq datasets.

Worked full-time as project associate to support microarray and Next Gen Sequencing data analysis. Key Responsibilities - Was responsible for development and analysis workflows for RNA-seq and ChIP-seq data specifically with respect with methylation and epigenomics datasets - Also assisted in machine learning approaches for integration of methylation and gene expression data.

Worked as Bioinformatics analyst in a fast-paced collaborative team on analysis of cancer high throughput data. Key Responsibilities: - Analysis of large datasets derived from various biological experiments especially cancer-specific data. - Probe design, Image processing and analysis, Data visualisations - Worked as interface between QA and development team to support microarray specific queries
