Working in the department of Cabin Upgrades for A380 & A350, I'm currently involved in cost reduction process improvement project of creating new templates for technical documents, Management of Service Bulletins, Offer, Project & Resource Management activities. I also support the creation of documents for Defect reports, Root Cause Analysis, & Practical Prolem Solving. I was involved in Organisational restructuring activities of the department and have the experience of working in cross functional team.

As a Design Engineer in the field of New Product Development, I was responsible for concept making, design, creating 3D parametric models & manufacturing prints of electromechanical power train components for automobiles. I was also involved in Feature Criticality Assessment & Stack-up analysis projects. Working here, I gained a very good knowledge of Change Management, Product Lifecycle & Design Management processes along with the experience of working independently and also as a Team lead of 12 members.
