I started managing IT infrastructures during my studies. After graduation, for the past 13 years I have gained a lot of experience in SAP Infrastructure, IT Operations and IT Service Management as a SAP Basis Consultant and afterwards as SAP Subject-Matter Expert and SAP Delivery Lead providing valuable support to various customers in different industries like Chemistry, Healthcare, Retail, Automotive and Banking.
