Responsible for generating, purifying, and expressing NCS-1 protein mutants and synthesizing NCS-1/DNA molecular constructs for single molecule manipulation experiments.

- Studying protein folding and protein-ligand binding kinetics at the single molecular level. - DNA-Protein complex preparations and performing Optical Tweezer experiments. - Data analysis and calculations of protein’s kinetic parameters. - Writing of research grant and scientific papers.
