The specialization “International Building Project Management” is focused on the knowledge and tools to structure and manage complex projects: either self-employed, as a ‘project entrepreneur’ for an international consulting company or as a project-leading architect or engineer in a design firm.

Civil engineering designs, constructions with on-site management of infrastructures like airports, highways, buildings, railroads, bridges, and dams were focused. The exposure was in the construction project management, quality management, contracts and financial management.

Civil Engineer's plan, design, construct, maintain and recycle the structures such as dams, bridges, roads, buildings, pipelines, railways and tunnels. The focus was also on the design, construction, and maintenance of the elements such as transport systems, wastewater treatment, and supplies.
