Want to stay motivated? Make it a challenge. I set mine always just out of reach to keep developing my capabilities to meet it. Who is me? A marketing expert with over 8 years of local and global experience. In my day to day work I get the most energy from ‘bringing people together’ and ‘getting it done’ whilst keeping morale high. This is an invaluable skill especially in times where hybrid working is becoming the new norm. I am an authentic and positive leader of 3 reports and thrive in an international environment, having lived in the Netherlands, USA, Nordics & Germany.
