Manage project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.  Work collaboratively with the Product Owner, Team and Stakeholders to maintain and refine the Product Backlog including Release Planning.  Handle dependencies, development and implementation activities across multiple projects using Agile Principles  Manage project budget according to increments planning.  Initiate Agile methodologies applications within the department global transformation plan
